Today's chapter opens with a flashback of the events following The Happy Meals' first live show, featuring an interesting conversation between Shunpei and Hiromu of Night Dog. Following some introspection and a surprisingly harmless bike ride, Shunpei realizes what Anzu and Ikoma have that he doesn't. Later, following the completion of their first demo, the band jumps into an impromptu street performance.
Also included in this chapter is an omake featuring a short conversation between a younger Anzu and her father.
Please do enjoy!

"Alright, let's get the elephant out of the room. It looks like Mrs. Shibusawa is finally beginning to pick up the pieces on what's going on with her daughter, and Anzu's aggressive tendencies are beginning to be put on full display, both with her challenging another street performer and that mysterious flashback with a hospitalized kid. The Shibusawa family's messed up, we already know this...
But Shunpei. Oh, Shunpei, Shunpei, Shunpei. After years of relying on practice and skill, trying to compensate for something he couldn't quite grasp, he's finally figured out what it is that makes the other Happy Meals so special in his eyes; an unyielding, instinctual drive. They run for what they want without consideration for anyone else, without any doubts that it may be impossible. And even if it did take a bit of intoxication and a near-death experience to kick those instincts in, they're finally here.
Ditch the complacency. Screw the formality. Burst out of normalcy."
